Well, its been 7 months since my last post! I need to get better at this blogging thing. We have had a great summer and fall! Keegan started Kindergarten and he LOVES it. Kaelen and Kendrick are enjoying the extra attention they get when Keegan is at school. We have had a great week with all the Fall Festivities! I think we have gone to 5 different parties/festivals and we went Trick-O-Treating! Here are a few pictures of the boys... Enjoy!

Well, we finally got a week off! We were very blessed to have Greg's sister, Sara and her hubby Tim and baby Lewis come and visit! We had a wonderful time getting to meet Mr. Lewis for the first time and spend lots of time loving on him! It was so nice to be together as a family!

One of the highlights of this past week for Greg and the boys was getting to fly in an airplane! One of the local airports in Benton, KS was hosting a "Fly-In" for the Make a Wish Foundation. For a small donation to the MAWF the local pilots donated their time and fuel for plane rides! You can only imagine how excited my boys were! Here are a few pictures from the flight!!

Spring Is Coming...

WOW! Time flies when you are having fun! We have been a very busy family the last few weeks. I always know that spring is coming when "March Madness" begins. I am married to a die hard Rock Chalk Jayhawk fan. So this year I decided that we would all sport KU attire for the first round game. Yes, the Jayhawks won! Here is a picture of us in our front yard...

* went skiing at Wolf Creek - we had great company too - all three boys LOVED it!

* celebrated the FIRST year of life for Melissa's quad niece, Emma and nephews, Kaden, Lane & Bennett!

I think it was harder on Mamma than on the boys! We sent the binky's away to the "binky fairy" today. We wrote her a note and attached the note and binky's to balloon's and sent them "air mail". Well, today was THE day. Keegan started a new chapter in his life.... Pre-Kindergarten! He did pretty well. A bit hesitant, but ended up having a great time! Momma on the other hand shed a few tears! (I hear that's normal!) So here are a few pictures from his first day. He has to wear a uniform. So today we chose the RED shirt! Enjoy!

Well, the 2010 Stamper/Morrisett Family Reunion has come and gone! We had a wonderful time with our family!!!

We started out our trip going to Corpus Christi, TX to visit friends! We had an amazing time! The boys got to see their Neanne and Pepaw, Mimi and Papa, Adrienne, Morgan (Momo), & Collin! All of these people hold a VERY special place in our hearts! We were also able to see many more friends during our stay there! Thanks to all who made an effort to see us while we were there! One of the highlights of going to Corpus Christi was going to the Texas State Aquarium. The boys LOVED it! Although it was very hot and humid we got to see lots of animals! Greg and I also got to have a date night! Our favorite babysitters were able to watch the boys... :) We went to Joe's Crab Shack out on the Bay! It was wonderful!

We continued on our journey to Abilene, TX. Some might wonder why we would have a family reunion in Abilene... well for several reasons. It's centrally located, my sisters house is big, and one of my other sisters just had a baby and lives there (she didn't want to travel) and who could blame her! Our final (hopefully) niece, and grandchild was born on July 15. Welcome to the world Sophia Marie Cobarruvias! We spent 5 days just playing and having a great time with family! All of us were there, minus one of my brothers and his wife. A TOTAL of 35 were in attendance! It was awesome!!! Of course we took a "grandchildren" photo! They turned out great! Trying to get 21 teens, toddlers, twenties and babies was quite a sight... Thanks ACU for having such a beautiful campus to take the picture...

We made it home on Saturday. We "go back on duty" on Wednesday. So we had a few days to unwind and get a few things done around the house! Our next big adventure will be Keegan starting Pre K in just a few weeks! I can't believe my Keegan is going to school...

Hello to my blog followers out there! We are still alive! We have been very busy with summer activities and working. Greg and I were very privileged to be able to take 5 of our girls from CP to York, Nebraska for SOUL QUEST 2010. It was an awesome week! Keegan got to tag along to and he just had a ball. Thanks to my parents, Gran and Papa Stamper, for staying with the twins for a week! I know they had a ball with you all here! (and yes, I know you were tired when you left) CP continues to be a great place for our family. We really feel that we are doing what God has called us to do as a family. The picture above is of our family from back in 2008. We were all at Medina for the Stamper/Morrisett family get together that happens every other year. This is the year, so we will be traveling to Abilene, TX later this summer for the reunion! Good times! As many of you know, Greg is becoming a skinny man again. You should go on over to his blog and check out his success. GO HERE! I am so happy for him, and he has so much energy and feels like a new person! He still has a ways to go to meet his goal, but he's getting there! The boys continue to grow and change. They amaze us everyday with what they can do and how quickly they learn! Keegan will be going to Pre-K this fall. He says he is looking forward to that. Kaelen and Kendrick will be home with us, except on Wednesdays when they will go to Mom's Day Out at a nearby church. This is the day we have meetings all day, so its not really a "mom's day out" for me! But it works and they love it! Well, that's all for now. Hope you all have a happy and safe Fourth of July!

So, we have been really busy for the last month or so. We are now moved into our home on campus, although it is not done! We are working through the kinks of that! Since our last post we have been to Nebraska to Soul Quest at York College! That is always a wonderful time for our family! Greg did an awesome job teaching a class! While we were there Kendrick had to get stitches in his upper lip. He was quite the trooper! Greg and I have our team meetings on Wednesdays, so the boys have started a mothers day out program at a church that is right next to the campus! They LOVE it! Keegan gets so excited to go to "school"! So here are a few pictures of the last few weeks and the activities we have been doing!

We have had a busy couple of weeks! Our Neanne was here for a week! It was an awesome time! The boys loved having her here and so did Greg and I! Just the Beginning...

This is the first few hours of the sleet and snow....

They say that there is much more to come! Like 10 inches or more! Who knows.... We will definitely have fun playing in it! We went on a quick run to get the boys some gloves/mittens. We didn't think that we would need to buy those until next year! Thank goodness for second hand stores! This is one of the reasons we love Kansas so much! The boys will get to experience the things Greg and I did as a child!

Mary Helen Morrisett - My Grandmother

Today, my grandmother, Mary Helen Morrisett, would have been 93. WOW! She died 5 years ago on January 3, 2004. She was a remarkable woman. The canvas of her life is truly amazing! It was full of laughter and sorrow! She made every moment of her life look blessed! There was not a thing she did that didn't accompany her beautiful smile. I wish I had a picture to share with you!

Grandma, today I will remember you! I know that you are in heaven sitting next to Grandpa holding your precious boys...and smiling! I LOVE YOU!

Hello everyone! We have had a wonderful start to our time here in Wichita! WE LOVE IT! WE ARE HOME! However, we do miss our dear friends in Texas...You all know who you are! The past 4 days we have been so blessed to have Greg's sister Sara here. We traveled to Topeka today to see Greg and Sara's Grandmother and Aunt, Uncle and cousins... We had a great time! Greg's sister, Sara, is in town! YEAH!!! She and I have a wonderful relationship and it is so good to have her here. Keegan has been talking about it for a few days now! He was so excited to go to the airport to pick her up. Its been way too long since we have seen her! Almost a year! So the next few days will be spent with a wonderful sister-in-law, auntie and friend catching up on life!

I pray that all of you that read this are doing well. I would love to hear from you! I know that this world is a rough place for some of you, and for many different reasons! We have been through some rough times the past few months ourselves, but the Lord has blessed us even in our trials. I pray that he does the same for you too!

Sorry its been forever since I have made a post. I have tried a couple of times and it would shut down our computer! We have been really busy with summer activites! Youth Ministry will eat your summers up fast. My neice and nephew, Emily and Ross came to Corpus to spend a week with me and the kids while Greg was in St. Louis! We had a ball! They were great help too! We were able to go to Medina, where my parents live, and spend a few days with Gran and Papa! Ross and Emily rode the AmTrak back to OKC! They said it was really fun! Here are few pictures from the past several weeks!

Yesterday (May 22), Keegan, Kaelen, Kendrick and I spent the afternoon playing in the water! Uncle Lance and Aunt Jennifer bought a beach ball that sprays water for Keegan's birthday! So the kids and I made the long journey to Oklahoma to see my nephew graduate from high school! What an awesome mile stone in his life. Ross is a great kid with a humble gentle spirit! He is off to Northern Oklahoma College to play basketball on a full scholarship! GO MAVS!!!

Well, now that it has been two weeks since Keegan's birthday we finally had his party! We had so much fun! It was a beautiful day and the park was not busy at all! So, Keegan has decided that he doesn't want to use a lid when he drinks milk from a sippy cup. We told him that he could take the lid off only when he sat at the table. As he was eating his peanut butter and jelly sandwich I caught him dipping it into the milk. He would take a bite and say, "Yummm Yummm!" It was so cute! So now we know why he doesn't like the lid!

Keegan, Kaelen, Kendrick and I are off to the thriving metropolis of Medina, TX for 12 days!!! We are staying with my parents while Greg goes to the Tulsa workshop. The first part of our trip will include visiting with my two sisters who have not seen Kaelen and Kendrick yet!! It will be lots of fun...Keep us in your prayers! Hopefully I will have some cute pictures to download while we are there!

So, I went to my friends house today and she taught me a few things about blogging. So now I have the tickers for the boys birthdays on there! YIPPIE!!! Shout out to Audra!

The boys are growing so fast! ALL THREE OF THEM! Keegan will be two in just one month and Kaelen and Kendrick are 3 months old! It's hard to believe!

Our lives have really changed since the boys arrived! Keegan is doing really well adjusting to having two new brothers! He loves to help mommy and daddy feed them and gives them sweet kisses when they are crying!
